Temp role (4mo-potential for extension)- $23/hr

 

The Administrative Assistant role at Investment Management firm offers resourceful self-starters the opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment which requires a high degree of professionalism, organization, and detail orientation, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize. The following key activities are included in the role:

Generate Amendment Documents
• Learn how to use the company applications to produce client related documents/amendments

  • Format amendments using appropriate letterhead
  • • Enter amendment summary notes and updates to MSCRM our client relationship database
    • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to clients/internal members by date due
  • • Learn how to use AdobeSign to execute electronic amendments

    Tracking Amendment Status
    • Save off executed documents with appropriate naming convention
  • • Ensure all documents have been saved off to central location
  • • Ensure consistency in file names
    • Update status of amendments in MSCRM
    • Follow up on outstanding amendments as necessary
  • • Update and maintain MS Excel sheets as necessary


General Client Service Assistance
• Assist with client telephone calls and respond to requests as directed
• Electronic document filing

Organize and coordinate executed client agreements

  • • Support special projects related to Client Service, Operations, and/or Integration

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
    • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills , including exceptional telephone management and the ability to write emails
