Customer Service Coordinator with Printing Company based in Midtown Manhattan (New York, NY). This is a permanent position working within their online customer service division. This role will be functioning remotely for the majority of the time with 1-2 days a week in-office.
- Basic Customer Service skills both over the phone and online.
- Responding to emails regarding orders and possible orders and questions.
- Handling online orders and follow-up procedures including placing orders, monitoring shipping process, and seeing to billing is processed accurately.
- Working directly with General Manager
- Must be a person who pays attention to details and is able to ensure an efficient processing of all orders and requests.
