About This Opportunity ….
The Digital Marketing Manager sets and owns the digital marketing strategy and represents the
company across various social channels as well as eCommerce platforms. The candidate will
develop their own content, including photos/videos, and will also partner with outside marketing
agencies to grow overall consumer engagement, raise brand awareness and increase sales

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Set and own monthly digital advertising strategies
· Develop in-house content, behind-the-scenes videos, press releases
· Identify marketing opportunities through social listening
· Assist ad agencies on content ideation
· Review & approve all social media copy and content
· Respond to all consumer questions/comments
· Enhance product item pages with robust content to optimize SEO search results
· Utilize social media influencers to further promote products and strategies
· Review and report on KPI’s by utilizing social media analytics

· Minimum 2 years’ social media/digital marketing experience
· Excellent writing and communication skills (consumer-facing position)
· Ability to partner and communicate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales, brand)
· Must be highly proficient in all social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
· Working knowledge of product item page structure and SOPs is a plus
· SEO/SEM knowledge and how to optimize, also a plus
· Candidate will be an organized self-starter with an attention for details
· 4-year college degree (required)
