Executive/ Personal Assistant within luxury real estate company, Perm $80-90k

8:30am – 5:30pm (occasional overtime and calls off hours especially during travel)


Job Summary:


Private, family-owned organization is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to leadership.  This position is ideal for a self-starter who is seeking long term employment.  The ideal candidate is professional, mature-minded, organized, and can adapt well to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Conversational language skills in French a plus.  


Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Coordinate communications, take calls and messages, respond timely to emails on behalf of executive
  • Interact with all levels of staff and clientele, including household staff in various locations
  • Must be able to coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international for executive and family
  • Calendar management: Schedule meetings, appointments, reservations
  • Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner
  • Process expenses, handle household finances for multiple homes
  • Assist with event planning related logistics
