Job Summary:
Private, family-owned organization is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to leadership. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is seeking long term employment. The ideal candidate is professional, mature-minded, organized, and can adapt well to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Conversational language skills in French a plus.
Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate communications, take calls and messages, respond timely to emails on behalf of executive
- Interact with all levels of staff and clientele, including household staff in various locations
- Must be able to coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international for executive and family
- Calendar management: Schedule meetings, appointments, reservations
- Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner
- Process expenses, handle household finances for multiple homes
- Assist with event planning related logistics
