The role will cover all the standard receptionist duties – but they also want someone to take on additional responsibilities
- Managing phone switchboard for busy / dynamic office; route calls to appropriate parties, screen where needed, take / relay messages
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they are comfortable; notify persons waiting for visitors
- Schedule / book conference rooms
- Maintain reception area
- Ensure catering for meetings is secured and set up / cleaned up
- Input visitors into security system
- Partner with exec assistants and other members of office management team
- Other ad hoc projects which could be related to facilities as we are coordinating several moves within our office space
- Assist with firm events
- Anticipate needs, common sense, organized and be able to work independently
